Terms of service

Independent information service. NieboGuard is not an official warning, emergency, air-traffic or air-defence system. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Follow official services in an emergency.

1. Service

NieboGuard provides a map, public information, community reports, optional accounts, a dashboard and optional Android/AR/AI tools. Some features are experimental or unavailable; we do not present mocks as working features.

2. Accounts and magic links

Accounts are optional. Login uses a one-time e-mail link valid for 10 minutes. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and device. Do not share links or sessions. You may delete your account at any time.

3. User content and moderation

You must have rights to submitted content and must not publish personal data of others, private locations, illegal content, threats, hate or material that endangers safety. Reports are user observations, not official confirmations. We may hide, correct or remove content that violates these terms. Public comments are not currently offered; if introduced, they will be moderated under the same rules.

4. Public profiles and reputation

Public profiles are opt-in. XP, badges and rankings have no monetary value and do not grant administrative or official authority. We may correct abuse, spam or manipulated activity.

5. AI Lab, ADS-B and local servers

Participation is voluntary and requires separate consent. Analysis does not automatically mean model-training consent. Do not upload third-party data without a legal basis or material covered by secrecy. ADS-B receivers and local servers must be operated lawfully; do not use NieboGuard for tracking people or circumventing restrictions.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Sensor, sound, Remote ID, AR and AI results are indicative and may be wrong. Follow official instructions in emergencies.

7. Account deletion

Use the dashboard or /usun-konto. Deletion is irreversible except for limited retention required for security, moderation, legal claims or backups. Reports may remain without account attribution.

We will publish changes and dates. Contact: [email protected]. This translation requires final administrator and legal review before being treated as final.
